Appointments & Urgent Appointments

Appointments

Appointments are up to 15 minutes.

All emergencies will take priority and as a result sometimes your appointment may be delayed.

A non-attendance fee will be charged for appointments cancelled without at least 2 hour’s notice.  

Double appointments are required for multiple problems or more than one person attending. Please let the Receptionist know when you book your appointment.

Urgent Appointments

Please let us know 

  • if you feel your condition needs assessing urgently 

  • if you have any of the following symptoms: chest pain, breathing difficulties, heavy bleeding, severe tummy pain, any changes in consciousness

  • in the case of a child please let us know if they have had diarrhoea, vomiting, a high fever, lethargy or a new rash.

  • if you are pregnant please let us know if you have pain, bleeding, or reduced movement of the baby or if your membranes have ruptured

  • We may be able to arrange a more urgent appointment for you - or arrange emergency services on your behalf where necessary.
