We’ve upgraded our patient portal system to Well, powered by Centrik!
Well offers our patients a modern and easy way to connect with us. One of the many features means access right from your smartphone, with the official Well App!
Well has replaced ConnectMed as our patient portal, you can access the patient portal via your computer HERE, or by downloading the Well NZ App below.

Fee Increase From 25th September 2023
We wish to advise of an increase to our Consultation Fees from 25th September 2023.
We endeavour to keep prices as low as possible. However, continuing increases in operational costs, combined with the income pressures all Medical Practices are experiencing, have given us no option but to increase our fees for the first time in over three years.
Our terms of trade are payment on the day of service, and our staff are required to enforce this. Please ask to speak to the Manager if you are concerned about your ability to pay your account.

Are you registered on our Patient Portal – Well?
Through the portal you can order scripts, check your test results once reported on, check your notes, immunisation record or your recalls.
Steps to creating an account:
1. Download ‘Well NZ’ on the App Store or Google Play buttons below, or via computer HERE
2. Select ‘Create Account’ and enter the invite code: DHDUNE
3. Enter your details (these must match what we hold on file)
You’re now done and ready to use the patient portal!
